Pod Nosem Restaurant in Cracow serves the Polish caviar from Russian and Siberian sturgeons. This renowned quality Antonius Caviar is known for exceptional attention to every detail at the stage of fish farming, selection and production. Black gold will delight the senses of all connoisseurs of good taste. We serve caviar with blinis, quail egg and crème fraiche.

Our Chef – Przemysław Bliski – is well known in Cracow’s gastronomy scene. Przemek gained experience in London-based and awarded Michelin star restaurants: Zafferano and Lacanda Locatelli. He loves game and creates extraordinary variations of the traditional Polish cuisine. He holds a title of Gault&Millau’s Traditional Cuisine Chef.

The experience of our Chef combined with dedication of our team resulted in receiving a number of prestigious awards by Pod Nosem Restaurant in Cracow, among them is the recognition in the Michelin Guide.
