Recognised and valued Cracow Chef. He gained his experience in London restaurants Zafferano and Locanda Locatelli, both awarded with the Michelin star. He was selected Traditional Cuisine Chef 2015 by Gault&Millau Poland. The Chef specialises in traditional Polish cuisine in a modern and light version. His signature dishes include, among others, wild game.

Marcin Szostak

Deputy Chef and Pastry Chef at restaurant Pod Nosem. He gained his experience in five star hotels and had the honor to prepare his signature dishes for The Pope John Poul II, President George Walker Bush, The Emperor of Japan Akihito and many more.

He is most famous for traditional Polish and Italian cuisine as well as exquisite pastries, deserts and cakes which Pod Nosem is proud of.


Marcin Czyszek

Marcin Czyszek is an executive with several years of experience in the hospitality industry. He graduated from the University of Oenology in Perth, Australia and upon completion, he began his adventure with wine. Marcin has worked throughout the world as Sommelier and later as The Cellar Master on luxury transoceanic cruise ships. He is currently a member of The Wroclaw Sommelier Association. He also opened and managed five star hotels and restaurants.
