Recognised and valued Cracow Chef. He gained his experience in London restaurants Zafferano and Locanda Locatelli, both awarded with the Michelin star. He was selected Traditional Cuisine Chef 2015 by Gault&Millau Poland.
The Chef specialises in traditional Polish cuisine in a modern and light version. His signature dishes include, among others, wild game.
