Siberian is caviar from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). Its gems have an intensive aroma that will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet of caviar. Its colour varies from black to light brown.
A traditional method called “Malossol” is used to prepare it, which involves adding a small amount of salt to the caviar.
