PRZEMYSŁAW BILSKI

Recognised Cracow’s Chef Przemek gained experience, among others, in London-based and awarded Michelin star restaurants: Zafferano and Lacanda Locatelli.

He holds the title of the Traditional Cuisine Chef 2015 awarded by Gault&Millau Poland and specialises in traditional Polish cuisine, game dishes in particular.
